Youngjae Kim

Executive Director & Founder

Driven by an unwavering belief in the power of freedom, Youngjae Kim has become a servant leader dedicated to advocating for the continued preservation of both American and Korean principles that raised both nations, and the development of the next generation of student leaders who will guide the globe in the 21st century.

Serving as his high school’s Student Body President and an Air Force JROTC Distinguished Unit with Merit Cadet Squadron Commander, Youngjae Kim has taken dynamic roles in various organizations, working to promote and revitalize the significance of service, leadership, and the very principles of freedom, patriotism, and democracy- core ideals that parallel the mission of the U.S. Korean Peninsula Strategic Progression Initiative.

With a keen awareness of the evolving geopolitical landscape, Macintosh continuously emphasizes the strategic significance of the US-Korean Alliance in maintaining regional stability and addressing shared challenges. Their expertise has made them a sought-after speaker at conferences and seminars, where they articulate the enduring benefits of this partnership in the areas of security, trade, technology, and cultural exchange.

Aditya Bendre

Director of Operations & Founder

Educating our globe’s future generations stands at the cornerstone of the US-KPSP Initiative; serving on the board of LearnLink, a non-profit seeking to democratize access to a robust education on a global scale, Bendre brings a foray of experience in the education space to the US-KPSP. Being raised in an immigrant multicultural family, Bendre also brings firsthand experience in bridging cultural gaps. Aditya has cemented himself as a leader both inside and outside of the classroom.

Bendre has displayed his leadership serving as the President of his high school’s Biotechnology Club and as a student mentor in his school’s McLeadership program. He has also been involved with Vytal.ai, a teen-led startup boasting a $12M valuation.

In addition, he is a published author, recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (PVSA), and a Black Belt in Karate. Through his work as an ambassador for the alliance, Bendre exemplifies the shared values that underpin the US-Korean partnership.

Ret. Lieutenant General Dana Chipman

Senior Advisor to the Board

LTG Dana Chipman is a trailblazer in legal and international relations. His military journey started at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he commissioned as an infantry officer in 1980. Following his initial military training, he furthered his education at Stanford Law School, beginning his career as a Judge Advocate Officer, serving as the JAGC officer attached to numerous commands and units with high profile assignments. His illustrious 33 year career culminated in his appointment as the Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Army.

With 33 years of service to the army and a tenure that highlights his unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership skills, Chipman brings key insights into geopolitical conflicts and plays a significant role in facilitating the concept of service and leadership in todays youth.
